Use this menu to select the range of pages you wish to fax. To fax just the cover sheet, select the QuickFax command.
Use this menu to specify when you want to send your fax.
Use this menu to select a cover sheet for your fax transmission. Select None if you don't want a cover sheet.
Use this menu to select Standard or Best fax quality.
To enter a memo here, first select a cover sheet from the Cover menu below.
The memo you type here will appear on your fax cover sheet. This box is only available when a cover sheet has been selected from the Cover menu below.
To delete an entry from your address book, drag it to the Trash. Entries dragged from the Destinations box will not be deleted from your address book.
To create a new group, or to edit an existing group, click this button.
To add a new name to your address book, or to edit an existing address book entry, click this button.
This list contains the names of all destinations for this fax document. To add a new destination, drag a name from your address list. To remove a destination, drag it to the Trash or back to the address list.
Destinations shows how many recipients you have selected for this fax.
The names in your address book that matched your last Find request are displayed in this list. To add a name, click the New button. To delete a name, drag it to the Trash. To select a fax destination, drag the name to the Destinations box.
Matches shows how many entries in your address book matched your last Find request. Records shows the total number of entries in your address book.
Displays fax number corresponding to a highlighted name in Destinations list. To send a fax to a number not listed in any address book without permanenty adding the new number, type a fax number in this box, type a name in the Find box, and press Send.
To search your address book, type the name you are looking for into this box. A list of matching entries will be displayed below. To display every name in your address book, delete all characters from this box.
To cancel the Fax command, click this button. Any changes you have made to your address book or preferences will still be saved.
To start sending your fax document, click this button. Currently unavailable because you haven't selected a fax destination. To select a destination, drag a name to the Destinations box or type a number into the Fax box.
To start sending your fax document, click this button (or press the Enter key). Send means your document will be faxed immediately. Save means your document will be saved to disk. To dial manually, press the Option key while clicking this button.
This system extension allows your Macintosh to use TelePort to send faxes directly from your Macintosh applications.
